Safari Overview

Create unforgettable family memories on this kid-friendly Tanzania safari. Designed for families with children ages 5+, this adventure features shorter drives, family-friendly lodges with swimming pools, and special activities that keep young explorers engaged.

A Tanzania safari is one of the greatest gifts you can give your children - witnessing wildlife in the wild creates memories that last a lifetime and instills a love for nature and conservation. Our family safari is specifically designed for traveling with children. We've selected lodges with family rooms, swimming pools, and kid-friendly dining. Game drives are timed to avoid the hottest part of the day and keep children's attention spans in mind. We include special activities like junior ranger programs, animal tracking lessons, and visits to local schools. Your guide is experienced with families and knows how to make wildlife exciting for kids of all ages. They'll teach children to identify animal tracks, spot camouflaged predators, and understand the complex relationships of the African ecosystem. By the end of the trip, your kids will know more about African wildlife than most adults!
